i'm just so disappointed with myself..
so much to share yet nothing comes out..
i know it, yet nothing comes out..
and in the end, all i said is "i don't know"..but i should have known it..
something is wrong with me..it happens many times..
i gotta work on it..but how? i really have no guts...didn't even have the guts to ask the guard to help me to refill my tumbler and rather suffer from thirst for 2 hours..
i really need more of God's power in me..do i not feel hopeless enough to fully depend on Him?? am i still lack of faith??

don;t be too hard on yourself. It happens to a lot of people. At least, you realize it and u wanna do something about it. Some people don't even bother. I used to be like that too. Keeping my thoughts to myself and sometimes brings more trouble. Don't be afraid to express yourself and you'll be amaze by its wonders. But of coz, with limitations la.
But don't afraid la, it'll probably take time... but you can = )
start with simple simple things..
don't fret. = )
Ask God for courage and boldness.
Be bold in everything that you do and do not be afraid. You have nothing to be lose also. Be daring. Be daring to accept the outcome of each situation. = D

I heard a pastor once preached that our faith can increase by reading His word and spending time with God. Daily devotion is necessary too.
